Biometric Solutions has offered the Document Dispenser and Selfie Station to Danish and German authorities since 2010 and introduced the innovative Biometric Go solution in 2024.
Our design philosophy
Danish design is part of our DNA. Design thinking defines how we work and act, from the initial product idea through to its implementation in public authorities. By keeping all development, design and production activities in house, we’re able to shape every product from the outset and create concepts that maximise both user friendliness and aesthetic appeal.

Frontdesk is the fastest growing provider of advanced queuing and appointment systems to the Danish municipalities. Frontdesk time reservation is integrated into our self-service system, which means that the citizen is recognised upon arrival in the Civil Service and can be called up via our caseworker system, while the proceedings are automatically initiated.
